FAQ stands for: Frequently Asked Questions of Questions and Answers (Q&A)
An FAQ is a list of frequently asked questions by customers or users. If customers often encounter the same questions/problems, a list of Frequently Asked Questions and their answers can be compiled. If this list is added to the website, in many cases customers can find the answer to their question here themselves.
Offering an FAQ section can relieve the burden on the customer service department. For customers, it is nice to be able to find the answers to frequently asked questions outside a company’s opening hours.
